HIFZ PROGRAM
A sound and proven method of memorizing the glorious Quran for over 20 years, producing over of 70 Huffaz, by our learned and well recognized Quran Scholar Mu’allim Samow.

GUIDANCE COUNSELING
Since 1995, we’ve offered help and advices to many families and individuals of varying ethnicities. This services is available upon request by appointment at our centre.
Who We Are
In 1980, a group of Muslims living within the Etobicoke North area used to congregate for Islamic purposes, and they were forced to use their homes for these needs. They had the challenges of several issues like death & burial, weddings, the needs of new immigrants, family, youth problems and the need to assist less fortunate families through a food bank.
To provide adequately for these services, they bought a unit situated at 130 Westmore Drive, Etobicoke, M9V 5E2 and registered an organization called Etobicoke Muslims Community Organization (EMCO) in 1991. This was the first Muslim organization to be registered in Etobicoke North.
In 1994, EMCO was approved as a charitable non-profit organization and several community services were implemented, such as the Halal food bank in 1996, along with family counselling, offering burial plots and career guidance.
Our Mission
We offer an environment of submission and obedience to Allah and His messenger in both our spiritual as well as mundane activities, through sound Islamic education and proper manners, along with specialized training. By producing exemplary Muslims and upright citizens, we would be extending a helping hand to members of our Canadian community through resources and empowerment.

A just and devout community in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, where people realize that life’s objective is to only serve Allah, the Creator, through adherence to the authentic practices of the final messenger Muhammad (peace be unto him), and that this message should be meaningfully reflected in their lives and in the lives of others.
